But back to the cost. The initial set-up fee is $99, which you can pay upfront, or have deducted from your first few transactions processed through the system. In addition there is a 3.75% + $0.16 per item charge. You have the option of absorbing this cost for your client (so for a $10 product, your organization would net $9.48) or charging the fee to the client as part of their transaction. This would make the total cost to the purchaser $10.54. And you can also set the final retail cost (for example, $10.00, $10.50, $11, etc.); or set the wholesale cost at $10, and let the website calculate the final retail cost for the parent to see (i.e., $10.54). Want to make an extra margin for your organization as well? Click the box when establishing the final price, and an extra .75% can be added to your net. There are a host of flexible options for you to consider for every feature of every item!
Such a nominal fee per transaction will yield big results for your organization. Fees and dues will be paid quicker with our online transactions, and no one will need to worry about heading to the bank to deposit a bunch of cash or checks. Inventory will be easy to keep track of, as will any sign-up forms or schedules.
