Welcome to a new school year and yet another new feature! We have recently added timezone controls. These are designed for available items with specific date/time controls to match your current timezone. It is important that you check your account prior to setting up new items.
The website mentions time zones in two separate locations. You will find timezone controls located under coordinator options > edit account. This controls the entire account, please adjust this to your respected timezone. Please note, the default timezone for the website runs on Eastern Standard Time (EST) and all accounts will remain on default until it is updated on your end. The image below is how it will appear when you login. Take a moment to setup your account for the correct timezone.
To update the timezone, click the drop-down arrow and select the correct timezone for your school. Then, scroll to the bottom of the page and click submit. Your account will then be operating on the selected new timezone. If your schools timezone is EST no further action is required. All accounts should be set to the default time, if you notice something different please adjust this.
The second place you will see the timezone mentioned is located within the date controls box. A note is displayed in the box as a friendly reminder of which timezone your account is running on. If you notice a discrepancy, edit your account again and remember to hit ‘Submit’ at the bottom of the page.
