We know life can get chaotic and sometimes we just cannot remember if we bought a yearbook for Sally back in August. No need to fret, P4SS is here to save the day! Check out these user-friendly tips below to better manage your payments and time!
Parent accounts come equip with three main options: your students, generate reports, and edit account. Selecting ‘Your Students’ will take you back to your homepage which displays the students associated with the account. The ‘Generate Reports’ option page was designed specifically with you in mind – it will help you search for previous purchases from one or all of your students! Last but not least, the ‘Edit Account’ option is available if you need to make changes to any of your information on file.
This page provides you with the ability to add multiple students at different schools seamlessly into one account. Be sure to update your child’s grade before the next school year begins. However, if your school requires the teacher wait until you know the teacher prior to updating the information. There are two options within this category which appear next to each student. The first option – SELECT – directs you to items available for purchase at the school the selected student is currently enrolled. The second option – EDIT – directs you to edit student information such as grade or a new school. In order to update student information you MUST enter the state and county/city of your school then search for the appropriate school. Check to ensure the grade it set to the correct level. If the teacher is required by the school, a drop down box will appear after selecting the desired school and click ‘Submit’ to update changes! The new information will appear at the top of the page once changes have been completed. Ready.. Set.. SHOP!! Don’t see the school you are looking for? Contact your school about signing up with us!

We make generating reports a breeze! Our reporting system provides you with the ability to view any or all items purchased over the lifetime of your account! Three filter options allow flexibility when searching through previous payment history. Searching ‘All Items by Date’ will generate a complete report during the lifetime of the account when the date fields are left blank. To narrow your results, you must enter at least the From Date field. If you are seeking payment history for a specific student, filter the report by selecting All Items by Student. You may narrow results with the date fields or leave them blank for a complete report. Don’t forget to select the desired student from the drop-down menu or leave it blank for a report on all student purchases. When you are ready to view the report, select Generate Report.
