Duplicate Checking Feature
The duplicate checking feature can be enabled by locating the school year calendar under the ‘Edit Account’ option. After logging into your administrator account go to Coordinator Options > Edit Account > Scroll down to the ‘School Year’ section > Enter the desired academic calendar year for your school or organization > Submit. When this calendar is properly set, it will alert your parents if they attempt to repurchase an item which was already purchased earlier during that school year (per student). This should help eliminate some duplicate purchases for items such as yearbooks and tickets! Update your calendars for the upcoming school year and give us your feedback!
Reports By Email Address
This feature was designed to simplify your communication needs between parents. We have created a new reporting option with you in mind! Under Coordinator Options > Generate Reports > Select Email Address by Item and Date > Enter desired criteria > Generate Report. Once a report has been generated you will have the ability to copy any or all parent email addresses to a clipboard. You are then ready to paste these addresses into a spreadsheet or new email message! Don’t forget to tell us how well this feature works for you (or how it could be improved!).
