And that list – we feel – begins with the registration process. At the very beginning of a leader’s term, they’ve got to undergo membership drives and dues collections for the upcoming year. Pay4SchoolStuff.com makes registration easy – eliminating the papework and cash carrying.

Step 1: Getting Started.
Once you’ve logged into your Pay4SchoolStuf.com account, simply select “Select or Edit Items” to begin creating your forms.
Step 2: Creating A Form.
Creating a form is easy-peasy! Once you’ve entered into the items your group has already created, you would simply click “Add New Item” …
… and then enter a name for your new item, such as “PTO Registration Form.”
Step 3: Edit Your Form.
After creating the form, simply go back to the main page and select the new item from your list to begin the editing process. You will have the option to associate a payment amount with the form (so that dues can be paid in one easy step!), as well as attach any documents needed by members (such as event schedules or bylaws).
That’s it! In three easy steps you’ve just created the electronic form for one of your organization’s most important activities of the year – recruitment!
On the parents’ side of things, they’ll simply log into their account and select the PTO Registration Form from the list of available items – which may also include things such as sports fees, field trip money, t-shirt orders, etc. Once they enter the requested information, and make their electronic payment, they’re done! The parent will see an on-screen confirmation of their transaction, plus they’ll receive an e-mail detailing everything they’ve purchased or information they’ve supplied, and the organization’s Account Administrator will have immediate access in the Reports function to the transaction. Everything is at your fingertips!
