The staff at Pay4SchoolStuff.com knows how hard volunteers in parent organizations work to help their children, staff and communities in the schools they serve. All of the headaches and pains that all of you go through—most of the time with little appreciation, oftentimes with minimal resources and assistance, year in and year out—is not lost on us. Why? Because we speak every day with people like you who offer your time and energy to encourage others to become involved, and to raise money and resources, to plan and pull off the many activities that enrich your school’s standard programs. And we hear what all of you do—singularly and collectively—to realize the accomplishments you achieve.
National Volunteer Week, this year from April 6-12, is about inspiring, recognizing and encouraging people to seek out imaginative ways to serve their communities. It’s about demonstrating to the nation that by working together we can meet our challenges. During National Volunteer Week, Pay4SchoolStuff will be celebrating volunteers’ dedication to helping others, relieving the aches and pains that come along with giving back, and trying to encouraging others we speak with to join the efforts that you undertake to share the unselfish work that all of you do to help your community schools be the best they can be.
We at Pay4SchoolStuff want to stand up and shout a loud salute to all of you who promote your schools and parent groups through the volunteer commitment in your community. Your schools would not be what they are without your hard work, and we recognize and appreciate everything that all of you do. Thanks to all of you!!!!!!
