It has been awhile since we’ve posted. Although we have been quiet to the visual eye, we have been hard at work in the background. We hope you all doing well, staying healthy, and getting pumped for summer break! As this school year comes to an end, our latest updates are in full bloom. Here is the latest scoop on new features we have in store for you. We value your suggestions and feedback on our payment management suite and these latest enhancements reflect just that. Below is a quick glance at our most recent site update and when to expect the next one! We hope you enjoy them as much as we do! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wallet and Fundraiser<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Wallet<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Do you want to reduce the amount of cash, card, and check transactions at school? This new feature provides your students with a way to purchase certain items without requiring cash or card. When the wallet is enabled, parents will have the option to load the amount desired to their students wallet account. The item creator allows you to enable items for purchase as a point of sale or wallet point of sale item. Parent deposits will appear on weekly deposit reports. Individual transactions will appear within the ‘Wallet’ transaction report. Each parent account is equip with a unique QR code associated with their student’s wallet account. This code can be scanned directly from a phone or printed out. Once the QR code is scanned it will deduct money from the students wallet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fundraiser<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Are your students raising money for a charity or another school sponsored program? Set up the ‘Fundraiser’ feature to track how much each student has raised. You can also display a leader board with the ‘Top 20’ students listed. This new feature is a great way for students to collect money without shuffling cash to and from. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Date Controls Feature <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As you may know, the date controls are set on Eastern Standard Time (EST). This can create confusion when listing items available for purchase within a specified date and time. This new feature will solve all of these problems with a few simple clicks! We will be adding time zone controls under the ‘Edit Account’ section. There will be several announcements and notes when this update is complete. Stay tuned for more information!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
