You\u2019ll need:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 Liter Soda Bottle<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Styrofoam Ball (or a tennis ball or wiffle ball)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wire<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cheesecloth<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Starch<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tape<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once you\u2019ve gathered your supplies, arrange the ball on top of the soda bottle (use some tape to keep it steady). Then wrap the wire around the neck of the soda bottle and stick it out to the sides to create ghostly arms. Cover it all in the cheesecloth, arranging in a creepy, drapey fashion, and then spray it liberally with the starch.
