In the first part of our new series – I Don\u2019t Know How I Can Do All Of This<\/em><\/a> – we discussed the issues that face many organizational leaders. And that list – we feel – begins with the registration process. At the very beginning of a leader\u2019s term, they\u2019ve got to undergo membership drives and dues collections for the upcoming year. Step 1: Getting Started.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once you\u2019ve logged into your Pay4SchoolStuf.com account, simply select \u201cSelect or Edit Items\u201d to begin creating your forms.<\/p>\n

Step 2: Creating A Form.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Creating a form is easy-peasy! Once you\u2019ve entered into the items your group has already created, you would simply click \u201cAdd New Item\u201d \u2026<\/p>\n

\u2026 and then enter a name for your new item, such as \u201cPTO Registration Form.\u201d<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Step 3: Edit Your Form.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After creating the form, simply go back to the main page and select the new item from your list to begin the editing process.\u00a0 You will have the option to associate a payment amount with the form (so that dues can be paid in one easy step!), as well as attach any documents needed by members (such as event schedules or bylaws).<\/p>\n

That\u2019s it! In three easy steps you\u2019ve just created the electronic form for one of your organization\u2019s most important activities of the year – recruitment!\u00a0<\/p>\n

On the parents\u2019 side of things, they\u2019ll simply log into their account and select the PTO Registration Form from the list of available items – which may also include things such as sports fees, field trip money, t-shirt orders, etc. Once they enter the requested information, and make their electronic payment, they\u2019re done! \u00a0The parent will see an on-screen confirmation of their transaction, plus they\u2019ll receive an e-mail detailing everything they\u2019ve purchased or information they\u2019ve supplied, and the organization\u2019s Account Administrator will have immediate access in the Reports function to the transaction.\u00a0 Everything is at your fingertips!<\/p>\n
