With the unseasonably warm winter on the east coast and much of the country this year, we hear lots of folks trying to figure out which season of the year they’re actually experiencing. Needless to say, the mild temperatures can be disorienting. Deciding which short sleeve shirt or light jacket to fish out in January and February creates a welcome chore that we usually don’t need to deal with. If you’re a winter sports enthusiast, or a student hoping for freezing weather to offer some time off from school, there might be disappointment with this climate reversal. But the majority of folks probably appreciate not having to cope with shivering and navigating icy roads and sidewalks.
At Pay4SchoolStuff.com, our seasons are routinely flipped. In February and March, we begin planning new features to enhance the website that can be added over the summer. We begin contacting existing account administrators in April to get their feedback and input on their successes and plans for next school year. From May to July our spring and summer seasons are looking ahead to fall to help new AND existing accounts plan their next school year and get new leadership acclimated to the website and its many features. We are constantly asking ourselves what season this is because we are always looking ahead in order to assist old, new and prospective account holders get themselves and their staff ready to launch school/parent organization programs in late summer and fall.
