We’ve been alluding to it for a few weeks and now it’s finally time to let you all in on the fun: not only is Pay4SchoolStuff.com getting an amazing makeover (seriously, the new look and feel of the site will impress the socks off of you!), but we’re rolling out some new features and fee structures to make everything about our platform work better for you.
And it all kicks off on JUNE 15TH!
To fill you in, let’s start with our new fee structure. If you’re a bit nervous about changes to our costs, we don’t blame you. Companies usually raise their fees… but nothing about this upgrade is “usual.” In fact, we’re lowering our processing fees! With the launch of our new “face,” our processing fees will be dropping down to 2.99% + 26 cents, which keeps P4SS on very solid footing with our competition and costs your organization less. So your fundraising funds will be going toward building up your programs and communities.
In addition to a lower all-around processing fee, we’re also rolling out a new Administrator Signup Fee structure, which offers three levels of usage and support for our Admins. Gone are the days of the one-size-fits-all $99 entry point. We now offer three different versions – Basic, Plus and Pro – to fit your organization’s needs.

As you can see, our entry-level Basic plan offers users the convenience of P4SS at the low, low signup price of FREE, which you can’t beat. For users who are looking for a more robust tool to assist with the full-management of their organizations payment processing, we offer our fee-based Plus and Pro plans, both of which include the ability to process refunds, and generate reports, along with some more advanced features for our Pro users such as integrated POS (card swiping!) technology, recurring billing and the opportunity to set up accounts for all parents with the Mass Parent Account Upload.
Note for Current Account Administrators:
Your accounts will be grandfathered into the new system with the PRO version. This will have all capabilities except for the POS capabilities. (This can be added to your account with the purchase of a swipe reader.)
