We have issued hundreds of refunds over the past several months and want to ensure your needs have been met. If you have questions give us a shout! Payments On-The-Go
Start taking advantage of contactless payments and forms with our new P4SS mobile app! Simply search ‘Pay4SchoolStuff’ in your app store and download the free mobile app. Please note that you must have an active account in order to utilize the app. Don’t have an account with us? Visit www.pay4schoolstuff.com to get more information about how we can help your school accept credit card payments. If you are a new parent be sure to register on the website prior to using the mobile app.
Parents login in with a breeze! Purchase items or complete forms on-the-go straight from your phone or tablet! Can’t remember if you purchased a year book this year? That’s okay! Login and check your transaction history by the item, student or date. You can even add new students and/or update existing ones. It is that easy-peasy, lemon squeezy.
Coordinators, things just got easier. Do you have a PRO subscription with us? If so, you can now collect Point of Sale payments from any smart phone or tablet. The Point of Sale page and all available items will appear when you login to the mobile app. You have the ability to manually key in card details until you obtain the appropriate mobile card swipe. Reach out to us to get the latest information on our new mobile app and card swipes.

Refunds During the Pandemic
PARENTS:
We understand the abrupt end to the school year and sudden cancellation of activities and events has been chaotic. Several schools have reached out to us over the past couple of months about issuing refunds. We have been working hard to ensure all parents and/or other individuals have received the appropriate credits for these closures and cancellations. Refunds are issued back to the card used during the original purchase – please review all bank statements to ensure credits were completed appropriately. If you do not see credits from pay4schoolstuff and believe you should have been refunded for an item, we encourage you to contact your school first. If you have difficulty reaching a staff member, call our office at 877-397-2937 or send an email to [email protected] for further assistance. We are happy to assist you any way we can!
Please note: disputing charges with your bank is similar to writing a bad check and your school gets billed for those additional charges.
