A New Year. A New Feature.
A new school year is in bloom. That means new agendas, new yearbooks, tickets, upcoming field trips, AND more! Parents and teachers are the masters of juggling a dozen tasks at once, for a while anyways. Running on autopilot can sure make the task of remembering quite challenging. We have created a new feature to help your parents stay on track with purchases throughout the school year. In order to enable this feature, please login to your accounts and mark your calendars! This feature can be located under Coordinator Options > Edit Account > School Year > Set dates to reflect your schools academic school year > Be sure to scroll to the bottom and save your changes! When this feature is enabled, parents are alerted on the checkout page if they have previously purchased the same item during the period indicated by your school calendar!
**Note: If you received payments prior to the 1st day of school, please adjust the ‘From Date’ accordingly.
