In an effort to streamline some of the beginning of the year purchasing, we have implemented a student fee.  This fee is dependent upon the grade level and will allow parents to pay at one time as opposed to sending in money on a variety of occasions. It includes Agendas, Class T-shirts, Scholastic News and Technology Fees (Remind App, RAZ Kids, Discover ED)  Students will be given an envelope, specific to grade level that states how much the fee is and what it includes.  When making your payment, whether by cash/check or online, please be sure to fill out the envelope in its entirety.  If you choose to pay online, we are asking that you still fill out the envelope and send it back in to your child’s teacher.

Fill this out only if you do not want to give permission for your child's photo to be used on private password protected class shutterfly sites or published in the school yearbook.  

Many Classrooms will be setting up private Shutterfly accounts for the 2021-2022 school year.  Shutterfly is a photo sharing site used to share and view photos of the many fun events throughout the year.  Many of these photos will also be used in the Polo Ridge yearbook.

Using ListServ allows Polo Ridge to broadcast email messages to parents in a timely manner.  You'll receive important, late breaking Polo Ridge information.  This email list is our primary form of communication with the parents.  Our weekly newsletter, the Polo Ridge Press, will be emailed directly to you.  No hard copies will come home in student folders.  Parents are asked to subscribe to the Polo Ridge list by clicking on the link provided below. No need to complete one for every child.  You may add multiple email addresses for your home, work, and/or spouse.

Harris Teeter's Together In Education program is a free fund raising program for schools.  When customers purchase Harris Teeter Brand products using their VIC card, their school gets a percentage of those purchase dollars.  Please support Polo Ridge and link your vic card.  It's important to note that you need to relink your vic card every year!

Volunteers are a critical part of the Polo Ridge Parent Teacher Association's success!  In addition to helping enrich our student's education, volunteering is a great way to get to know Polo Rodge staff and families.  We have positions to meet any parent's schedule and interest.  To ensure our students' safety in our school, all Polo Ridge volunteers will be required to register as a volunteer on the CMS website at https://www.cmsvolunteers.com.
